The owner chose designer Ann Chan for the third house, who wished to preserve the original classical materials. The designer used a combination of Chinese and Western colours, such as earthy colours, browns, whites and greys as the main tone of the house, together with lighting effects and reflective materials, to create a gorgeous and cosy villa. The lobby is made of high quality timber and marble, exuding a sense of creativity and artistry.
The living room and the side room area are divided into areas with wood grain semi-circular shape to create a rich era of comfort and warmth, and the TV wall is decorated with strips of wood, together with white oak and soft lighting, doubling the warmth of the cozy atmosphere. The side hall is connected to the dining room with a striped ceiling extension, in the bar area it flows beautifully and pleasingly, in the tea area also exudes Chinese and Western cultures, no matter whether it is the floor or the ceiling makes the guest, dining and side halls clearly distinguishable from each other, and the marble texture contrasts with the oak flooring, but it can be matched with each other, Ann will keep the original Western mosaic ceiling in the dining room, and then use multi-layer round shapes to harmoniously and consistently interpret the classical and fashionable space theme. The designer continues the warmth of the master bedroom on the first floor through the careful selection of materials. The floor of the master bedroom is covered with speckled carpet, while the headboard wall is made of grey leather contrasting with the wooden TV wall, bringing out a sense of taste and elegance.
The designers also created the front and back gardens as a base camp for entertaining, with outside facilities and a barbecue area for the householder to greet his friends and enjoy themselves.
